DM建模:
2、Extrude,选择导入平面,方向为垂直平面的z轴,depth为0.001m |
3、create->rimitives->Cylinder,圆心坐标(0.06,0.004,0),轴(0,0,0.001), |
operation->cut materical,Generate; |
4、设置part->Fluid/Solid为Solid,保存,如图1:原始翼肋。 |
1、双击engineering data,点击Engineer Data Sources->Composite Material(复合材料), |
of Composite Materials窗口找到PVC Foam(60kg m^-3), |
点击旁边的+,材料添加结束,关闭Engineering Data; |
2、选择geometry下的物体,设置Assignment为 |
Sizing->Size Function,设置为Curvature |
->Max Face Size,设置为0.002m |
导航条中的Mesh->Mesh Control->Sizing,选择翼面,Element Size为0.001m, |
导航条中的Mesh->Update,网格绘制结束,如图2:网格; |
4、点击Outline中的Shape Optimization, |
导航条中Environment->Inertial->Standard Earth Gravity->Direction,本例设置为-Y |
->Supports->Fixed Support,选择圆柱面,即固定圆柱面; |
Outline中的Imported Load,导航条中 |
Environment->Imported Loads->ressure, |
geometry选择翼面,CFD surface选择之前设置好的壁面; |
点击Outline中的Shape Finder,Target Reduction(目标减少量)设置为百分之六十; |
6、求解过程,点击导航条中的Solve(求解),需要几分钟到十几分钟。 |
